The Akiles WireMac-E is a well-built wire binding machine, capable of binding professional reports, books and other documents. It is available in both a 2:1 and 3:1 pitch machine. 2:1 punches two holes per inch and 3:1 punches three holes per inch. The Akiles WireMac-E gives you wide control over how your document is bound. It has disengaging dies, which allow you to punch holes wherever you want. It also eliminates annoying half-punched holes. It has an electric punch that is operated from a foot switch. A wire holder keeps the wire in place while you add paper. A diameter scale lets you know what size binding element you should use with your document. An open punching throat lets you bind oversized paper. A wire closer control lets you precisely adjust the wire closer for the perfect bind.
